We needed to create a brand for the real estate market, focused on selling and renting homes to a high-income demographic. However, we wanted to break away from what is typically seen in the market—brands that have been around for a long time, haven’t been updated, and no longer resonate with today’s young target audience, who are exposed to global trends and design.

That’s why we developed the Neighborgood concept, “A great place for good people,” because within the brand you’ll find properties to choose your ideal home.

In the graphic design, we used the symbol of a house but also an X, since “the X marks the spot”—usually indicating treasure on a map in popular culture. We also used a friendly and fresh color palette, suitable for the female demographic, who typically play a key role in the decision-making process by searching for brands and properties in the media.
